therapy seekers. We're a fast-growing SaaS start-up and we're in need of IT and Security Manager to serve as our expert on IT Application Management and administration, cybersecurity, IT Asset and Compliance. In this role you'll be an active leader responsible for creating and implementing policies and practices that can use to protect our networks, our data and our customer experience. Our ideal candidate understands regulatory requirements, has in-depth knowledge of industry standards and trends, and is proficient with the latest cybersecurity software.

Microsoft administration
SharePoint Administration
Security
Partnering with our Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Information and
Event Management (SIEM) monitoring for potential security risks
Penetration test coordination
Security administration for our onsite facility
Security insurance input
Leadership of incident management processes
KnowBe4 Administration
SentinelOne
ReliaQuest
You Have Experience With
Application security, information risks, and developing security threat solutions.
Analyzing information databases and applications for potential security risks
Experience with AWS
Developing new or enhancing current security procedures to reduce or eliminate potential threats.
Overseeing implementation of new policies and procedures
Monitoring security systems to identify new threats or needs for updates.
Training employees on security awareness and new procedures
Helpdesk support
MFA
Business Applications
You Are / Have
5+ years of IT and management experience
University undergraduate degree (IT, comp science, computer programming) or equivalent experience
Driven, hard-working, and a great problem solver
Obsessed with quality and detail oriented
Experience implementing industry-standard best practices
