**Responsibilities**
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services within our organization. Reporting to [supervising physician/clinical manager], the NP provides comprehensive primary and/or specialty care to patients across the lifespan. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise, autonomy, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
+ In collaboration with the physician/medical director, assumes clinical responsibility for tasks performed within Nurse Practitioner's scope of practice. Including: taking patient's history, performing physical examinations, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, establishing diagnosis and provide care and management for common illnesses and disease prevention in the pediatric and adult patient.
+ The NP may assist in the admission, transfer or discharge from Health Care System.
+ Makes appropriate referrals to specialists and community agencies.
+ Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement program.
+ Works within multidisciplinary team to develop plan for the patient and their family.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum:**
Master's Degreee in nursing.
Graduate of accredited program for nurse practitioners.
Three years clinical experience in healthcare.
Compact state or Arizona RN license.
Arizona Advance Practice Nurse license,
Valid DEA registration.
National Certificate as a nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.) NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC, or d.) NP-PNCB
**Pay Range**
$54.12 - $90.92 /hour
