Role Overview :
As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way users interact with software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cohesive and delightful user experiences. Your expertise in user research, interaction design, and usability testing will be essential in enhancing our products' usability and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct user research to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Create user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups, to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure the feasibility of design solutions while advocating for user needs.
Design and refine user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that result in intuitive and efficient user experiences.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iteratively improve designs and validate design decisions.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to infuse innovation into design processes.
Work within established design systems and contribute to their evolution as needed.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to elevate the overall design quality.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams.
Collaborative mindset and a track record of successfully working in multidisciplinary teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for delivering pixel-perfect designs.
Familiarity with front-end development principles and constraints is a plus.
