Job Description Job Description Basic Function: To coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance of company policies and daily tasks. To ensure that all administrative tasks are completed and in place to provide adequate support to each staff member of various departments within the company. Your position will play a vital role in the entire operational process of the company. a. Office Administrator will generate invoices on a daily basis upon job completion and then promptly call clients to receive payments. Upon invoice generation, the administrator will also email the work order, warranty, and the invoice (whether paid or unpaid). b. Weekly prepare bank deposits by check, and physical deposits at the bank when it is a cash deposit. c. Weekly perform accounts receivables and accounts payable tasks. In regard to accounts receivables, the back office is to call and make collections at least twice a week on past due clients. In regard to accounts receivables, the administrator will recommend payments based on cash flow and vendor requirements.
