**In this position...**

Lead Ford's electric vehicle strategy by conducting market analysis, defining future demand, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with corporate goals.

The Electric Vehicle Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing overall strategies to drive Ford's electric vehicle initiatives. This role will involve strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our EV strategies align with market demands and contribute to company growth. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

**What you'll do...**

+ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and opportunities for strategic differentiation.

+ Collaborate with engineering, product development, marketing, and finance teams to define strategic roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.

+ Analyze and interpret data to make informed recommendations on strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

+ Lead the evaluation of potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new business models to enhance our EV strategy.

+ Monitor and respond to industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure our strategies remain competitive and compliant.

+ Prepare and present strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

+ Develop metrics and KPIs to track the performance of strategic initiatives and inform necessary adjustments.

**You'll have...**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

+ Proven track record of 5+ years in strategy or successfully launching and scaling innovative projects or businesses, preferably in the automotive or technology sectors.

+ Willingness to travel domestically 1-2 times a month required.

+ MBA or advanced degree preferred.

+ Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving industry.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to build consensus and mobilize teams towards shared goals.
