How You Contribute and Succeed

The Front Desk Coordinator role will provide outstanding service and create a welcoming experience for our patients. They will assist patients with providing information required at intake for their visit and will collect any copays or other payments that are due at the time of service. The role will ensure that documentation is clear, organized, and ready for the care team to provide excellent care during the patient’s visit. You may also assist in scheduling follow-up appointments as instructed by the care time and answer incoming calls for the clinic.

The right person for this role will delight in providing a great experience to the patient, will have a curious mind that always looks for a way to improve, and is compassionate for patients experiencing chronic and/or acute pain. To be successful in this role, the person will be a great team member that takes pride in their work and workplace, works together with others, is kind and friendly, open to feedback for growth, and is a role model of our values.

We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.

Education and Experience: High school diploma
