Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Quotations Specialist to join our team and support our growing oilfield equipment business.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing technical and commercial quotations for wellhead equipment, Blowout Preventers (BOPs), and related pressure-control products, along with a strong understanding of customer RFQs and oilfield specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review customer RFQs, specifications, drawings, and bid requirements.

Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial quotations.

Develop pricing, lead times, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

Support customers and outside sales teams with product and quotation requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and vendors.

Review equipment requirements including sizes, pressure ratings, connections, materials, and specifications.

Follow up on quotations and help convert opportunities into orders.

Review purchase orders against quotations for accuracy.

Maintain quotation and customer information in CRM/ERP systems.

Identify opportunities for additional products and services.

Product Experience

Experience with the following is highly desirable:

Casing heads and casing spools

Tubing heads and tubing hangers

Wellhead flanges and adapters

Christmas trees

Adapter spools

Blowout Preventers (BOPs)

Annular and Ram BOPs

BOP stacks

Pressure-control equipment

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in inside sales, quotations, estimating, or sales support within the Oil & Gas industry.

Experience with wellhead, BOP, pressure-control, or related oilfield equipment preferred.

Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, datasheets, and RFQs.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple RFQs and deadlines.
