System One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of a healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in healthcare management, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of patient service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
Supervise and support clinic staff, including administrative and medical personnel.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.
Monitor and manage the clinic's budget, expenses, and financial performance.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive patient experience.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and service delivery.
Oversee inventory management and procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred OR equivilant experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinic management software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
