Coral Springs Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility.
Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing will direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel (Unit Managers, RN, LPN, CNA etc.)
The DON will guide staffing procedures.
The Director of Nursing will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
The DON will organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures.
The Director of Nursing will develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high-quality standards.
The DON will control budgets and monitor expenditures.
The DON will resolve issues and deficiencies when needed.
The Director of Nursing will manage record-keeping procedures.
The DON will collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations.
Skills
Must have a valid RN License in the state of Delaware
Proven experience as Director of Nursing or similar supervisor role
