Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management of our finance team, overseeing general accounting functions.

Evaluate project progress for accurate revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Take ownership of financial projects, including month-end close, consolidation, and forecasting.
Prepare precise financial reports as directed by our CFO.

Play a key role in developing and supporting our strategic plans.
Prepare financial information for annual audits.
Qualifications:
Energetic, creative, and ethical individual with a professional demeanor.
Strong understanding of financial processes, including consolidation and month-end close.
Ability to manage increased workload during peak periods.
Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred, with a graduate degree considered a plus.
Substantial accounting experience, including supervisory roles, is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, QuickBooks, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Experience in managing reconciliation processes, regulatory reporting, and other financial functions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
