Setup, customize and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related app implementations, drawing on your relevant past experience and understanding of best practices surrounding the Salesforce platform
Produces architecture and design artifacts for automated marketing communications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by configuration and software development
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3 plus years experience designing, administering and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing solutions
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Sales Cloud Platform and best practices for integration leveraging the Marketing Cloud Connect Managed Package
Experience building custom email templates, dynamic emails and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a strong understanding of tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, CloudPages etc.
Setup, customize and develop Salesforce.com and related app implementations, including the custom development of APEX triggers
Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3 plus years applied experience
Ability to recommend, direct and implement best practices on the platform
