Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
Experience in marketing, with a leadership role is desired
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

Brand Continuity Management
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Update and expand online social media presence
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels, ensuring alignment with the
company's values and vision.
Lead the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and proposals, tailored for bids and customer-facing submissions.
Ensure all materials, websites, are up-to-date, accurate, and compelling to effectively showcase Electric Plus’ capabilities.
Market Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
Budget Management
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating, project management, and other teams to align efforts and achieve common goals.
Present marketing strategies and results to the executive team.
Performance Measurement
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of marketing initiatives.
Analyze and report on performance, making data- driven recommendations for improvements.
Health and Wellness Initiatives
Spearhead company-wide health and wellness programs, fostering a culture of well-being and productivity among employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that promote a healthy work environment, both physically and mentally.
Event Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, industry conferences, customer events, and community outreach activities.
Develop and work with event committee team members on implementation of events,
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
