About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Claim Payment Administration. This role is pivotal in the organization's mission to deliver comprehensive, outcomes-driven care to those in need. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing strategic direction in the areas of application programming for the enterprise claims and provider platform, process improvement through robotic automation, and ensuring the integrity of claim payments. They will oversee teams responsible for facets configuration, payment integrity, and robotic processing automation, utilizing their leadership skills and functional expertise to drive improvement in analytics, process redesign, and cross-functional collaboration.Applicants must have 10-15 years' of experience in health care, with at least 10 years' in leadership positions, and a Bachelor's degree. Experience in a large, highly matrixed organization is essential, as is the ability to lead teams and direct workflow across multiple departments. Knowledge of payment integrity requirements, state and federal claim payment regulations, and experience with facets are also required. The role demands a strategic thinker who can conduct contract negotiations, manage vendors, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of claim payments. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, process reengineering, and have a proven track record of fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
