About this team and role:
Mozilla’s Innovation Studio is a fast-paced organization of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial minded individuals. We build new products and experiment quickly to improve and extend the way people access and engage on the Web.
We are looking for a Product Growth Manager who is both creative and analytical with experience in building the systems and infrastructure needed to enable and measure product growth. This person will work across a portfolio or early stage Mozilla products with support from a cross functional team.
What you’ll do…
Develop infrastructure to enable and measure product growth for early stage innovation products
Design and implement robust growth experiments, including A/B testing, to refine product offerings and increase market penetration
Analyze product performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long term growth
Based on data driven insights, advise product leaders on growth strategy and tactics across the Innovation Studio portfolio
Drive critical growth projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering and Design
Partner with product team(s) to incorporate growth into product vision and strategy and prioritize features and roadmap in alignment with growth targets
What you’ll bring…
6+ years experience working in an analytical role experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, BigQuery etc.).
4+ years working in product or product management
Experience working with systems design and product design.
Experience leveraging experimentation such as A/B testing and analytics to optimize conversion funnels and user journey mapping
Experience in building and executing on growth strategy to determine what acquires, retain and monetizes users for a consumer product
A genuine passion for technology and startups, an entrepreneurial mentality, and an insatiable desire to always be learning
Experience working on early stage products
Experience in working fast-paced or high growth environments
Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical functions
Experience communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders
Bonus
Familiarity with marketing platforms and software and paid media, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Advertising, and Analytics Successful track record of driving high growth products from incubation to scale
Experience growing AI products
Experience working with open source communities
Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
