**The Work:**

As a Technical Analyst, you will:

\(U\) Support Mission Management activities\.

\(U\) Support the implementation of collection\-tasking strategies\.

\- Provide operational assistance to users during upgrades/installation of new collection systems\.

\- Participate in discussions with Target Office of Primary Interests \(TOPIs\) and customers to promote dissemination of accurate collection assessments\.

\- Respond to collection requirements received from the Collection Strategies and Requirements Center\.

\- Support the review of collection priorities submitted by the Analysis and Production organization\.

\- Operate, demonstrate, and provide informal training on current or prototype intelligence systems, either deployed or in test\.

\- Provide technical assistance necessary to meet collection\-tasking strategies\.

\- Conduct discussions between various TOPIs and other customers ensuring accurate collection assessments are received and shared\.

\- Participate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Analysis and Production\.

\- Support technical development of junior personnel in the area of SIGINT analytical tradecraft\.

\- Provide technical direction and technical support for the development of training\.

\- Collect, compile, and prepare drafts of information related to characteristics of signals based on Government identification of signals\.

\- Conduct and document all\-source research to identify the communications used by targets of interest\.

\- Provide collection summary reports, statistics, and metrics via formal and informal communications\.

\- Maintain knowledge of site capabilities to include end\-to\-end data flow to help recognize and define collection problems\.

\- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirement allocation and interface definition studies to translate requirements into system specifications and cost estimates\.

\- Provide expertise in the acquisition cycle to support integration of SIGINT systems for USCS customers\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Twelve \(12\) years of professional experience supporting a military or government cryptologic mission in language or signals analysis as it relates to acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions\.

**Clearance Level:** TS/SCI w/Poly SP
