Assesses business requirements, analyzes structure and data flow to satisfy the business requirements.
Document detailed business requirements and provide recommendations to refine the business processes.
Interface with the client and technology delivery teams, supporting the design and delivery of medium to large scale database solutions.
Take ownership of all written documentation including requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and production ready manuals.
Work with and support technical staff in the design, development, and testing of the solution.
Support production staff and client end users in the use of designed solution.
Function as BSA for special projects.
Creates user stories for testing / QA
Participates in a variety of meetings, groups, and committees to communicate and confer about analysis of existing procedures and systems, determine complexities of new systems and projects, prepare for testing, discuss the roll-out of projects and software upgrades, and discuss other applicable issues.
Documents system changes and access to systems and information utilizing approved information technology security policies, standards and guidelines.
Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization to ensure projects success and user needs are identified and met. May need to make presentations to a wide-variety of audiences across the bank.
May perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned.
Support test strategy definition, test requirements definition, development of test scenarios, and execution of test phases.
Communicate project progress with all levels of stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Systems Implementation, Management of Implementation projects, project management experience.
Able to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data - and be able to make appropriate decisions to support the business.
Expert SQL skills required - writing queries/select statements to validate data, pull data, etc.; ability to understand intermediate level SQL code.
Proficient with QA procedures and methods, and proficient in MS Office.
Working knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XML, web services, etc.).
Knowledge of Agility, SDLC, CRM platforms lifecycle activities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity
Experience delivering projects based on enterprise development technologies and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to move projects forward through all phases (sales, discovery, scoping, development, QA, UAT, deployment & ongoing support)
Reinforces team approach throughout practice both on client projects and internal initiatives.
Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization.
Strong project and people management skills.
Experience managing globally distributed resources.
Project risk and benefit management.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills and Management via influence.
Experience in client-facing roles.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
