Machine Operator

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Experienced Machine Operators for a local Manufacturing Company within the Greater Watertown, CT area. 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery
Perform in process inspections
Label and move boxes
Maintain specific standards for safety, quality, and productivity
Operate high-speed stamping equipment
Verify sensors are functioning properly
Verify machine is operating at appropriate speed
Observe and report machine abnormalities to Tool Maker, mechanic, or supervisor
Perform various quality inspections; visual, & mechanical
Assist in machine change overs as required

Desired Background/Skills:

Basic math skills
Ability to read and write English
Must have High School Diploma or GED, and/or Work Experience
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the production floor
