Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Program Manager in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties : Spearhead complex data migrations of contracts and orders from acquired company systems to Salesforce’s proprietary core Org62 system. Drive data quality initiatives across programs to ensure accuracy in data being migrated, enabling business continuity and revenue recognition from the migrated data at a 98% success rate. Lead the successful integration of large-scale integrations needed to support business critical processes for the acquired company to continue operations within Salesforce.Partner with product and engineering leads to ensure on time delivery across go-to-market strategic programs. Ensure all key business requirements are documented and transformed into solutions to meet the business expectations and intended outcomes.Manage multiple technical teams providing technology and methodology leadership, ensuring the delivery of innovative IT solutions to high impact business opportunities.Create and maintain program plan and report on program performance, mitigating risks and escalating issues.Drive and document key decisions across multiple stakeholders to gain alignment on initiative across the program and ensure the program is adhering to overall company vision and goals. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements : (1) Program Management; (2) Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules (5 years); (3) Requirement Gathering and Analysis; (4) Agile Methodologies; (5) Microsoft Visio; (6) Google Workspace; (7)

SmartSheets; (8) Lucid Charts; (9) Microsoft Office Suite. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary : $172,200.00 - $236,900.00 per annum.
