Internet Business Manager

The Internet Business Manager will be responsible for the overall website strategy and execution for our company and its brands. This role involves managing both a discovery team and a delivery team, comprising of onshore and offshore staff. The manager will be accountable for the performance and results of these teams.
The Exponential Technology Group (XTG) is a specialist in the electronic component distribution and design engineering services industries.XTG is part of the TTI Family of Specialists.This position will report to the VP, Information Technology.This position will be onsite in North Fort Worth, TX or Denver, CO with the opportunity to work from home two (2) day a week after the training period. **For the right candidate, this position may be remote.**
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Own and drive the website strategy for our company and its brands.
Ensure the execution aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage and direct a productive team by hiring, training and leading qualified people, providing effective training & development, providing ongoing performance management and by utilizing effective communication.
Discovery team consisting of a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, UX Designer, and SEO Specialist.
Delivery team consisting of Front End and Back End Developers, Web Content Specialist, and Data Management resources.
Supervise teams in a matrix structure, effectively ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow between different roles and departments.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the teams, providing feedback, and implementing changes as necessary to ensure the teams are functioning optimally.
Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Applications and other senior management to align the internet business strategy with the company's overall goals.
Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.Three to five years' experience required in managing internet business teams, preferably on a global scale.Experience in strategic planning and execution.Proven experience in managing website strategies and teams. Three, or more, years supporting or managing Kentico Xperience platform preferred.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
Proven experience in managing website strategies and teams.
Strong understanding of SEO, UX Design, and web development (both front end and back end).
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM): Demonstrates expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Azure DevOps and/or Github experience.
Ability to lead and manage a global team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Total Annual Compensation: $121,500 - 142,500 / year.Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
