As our team grows, we are looking for a full time Associate for Education Management to join our office in the suburb of Boston area.
Required Skills/Knowledge
Team-oriented, detail oriented, self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as Database.
Solid writing, editing, and analytic skills.
Ability to adhere to deadlines.
Strong time management skills and can work independently with minimum supervision.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Passionate in K-12 education and related fields to help students grow and learn
Strong oral and written communication skills
Candidates with strong English presentation skills preferred
Knowledge of Web/Mobile Technology project development cycles and their key controls
Job responsibilities:
Program Management Related Tasks:
Manage high-level and time-sensitive projects concomitantly requiring excellent time management ability.
Plan, promote, execute, complete, and debrief projects in consultation with the senior management to maintain a sense of ownership and pride.
Lead and participate in marketing, business development, strategic planning projects
Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems.
Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in business
Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Share relevant thoughts with leadership.
Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others.
Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.
Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Perform duties which ensure successful and comprehensive completion of multifunctional projects; these may include tasks which are above and beyond the described above.

Qualifications
Applicants with a master's degree or PhD in Education, Language Studies, Cultural Studies, Business Management, Sociology, History, Philosophy, Economics, Science or related fields preferred
Experience in teaching writing preferred
Candidates with strong English writing and presentation skills preferred
5-8 years of directly K-12 education/college admission counseling experience is required
3-5 years of people management full-time experience is required
