Job Description Job Description Position Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual who takes initiative as well as extreme pride in their work. This position’s primary focus is to be the technical lead on new and existing projects for our clients. It is expected that the Systems & Cybersecurity Administrator will be able to collaborate with other team members, support our Service Desk, and communicate effectively with clients as they look to deliver on projects and other solutions. The ideal candidate will perform their role with a Security-first mindset. This is a fully in-person position with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Applying candidates must also be available on weekends, as needed occasionally.
Position Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
3 to 5 years of Microsoft Infrastructure Administration Experience
Experience with Windows Server and Workstations
Experience working with Microsoft 365, Entra & Azure
Experience with Windows Group Policy, and Active Directory
Experience with InTune / MDM onboarding and management
Experience managing networks, switches, access points and firewalls
Experience with PSA and RMM tools
Must be able to implement solutions both effectively and securely.
Working knowledge with Networking concepts and technologies (Routing, Switching, Wireless).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday and have availability on weekends (as needed).
Nice to Have:
Relevant college degree or certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Fortinet, ISC2).
Proficient in Automation (Powershell, Python, Bash).
Experience with implementing and administering networking equipment (Router, Firewall, Switch, WAP).
Experience with Kaseya, Autotask PSA, and Datto RMM a Plus.
