VP of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Sales

We are seeking an two experienced VP of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Sales for our West Coast and Southwest areas to expand our business development team. The idea candidate will be responsible for generating new sales in a Hospital and Physician Setting. This role involves identifying client needs and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Individuals must have prior Healthcare Revenue cycle sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship building.
Conduct product presentations to potential healthcare clients, highlighting the benefits or our revenue cycle solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet client specific needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from presentation to contract and documenting steps in our SalesForce solution.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling.
Monitor market trends to provide strategic insights for additional revenue opportunities.
Stay informed about competitors and their offerings to effectively position our services,
Attend industry trade shows, HFMA, MGMA to expand our network.
Achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
BS degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Must have a proven track record in Healthcare Revenue Cycle sales.
Strong Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with Sales Force.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
Self motivated to succeed.
Willingness to travel.
Our ideal candidate is an initiative-taker, comfortable working independently and be able to generate a successful book of business.
