Product Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can activate Microsoft partners to increase usage of Microsoft Copilot (formerly Bing Chat Enterprise). Copilot with commercial data protection is what every business needs, to unleash productivity while protecting company data. This role is an opportunity to introduce businesses to their first Copilot experience with partners.
Marketing Copilot to partners will be a dynamic challenge, requiring an ongoing pulse of the mindset of partners and an agility to keep up with product changes that move at the speed of artificial intelligence (AI). Are you are someone with a great ear for what partners want, like, and have left unsaid? Do you work to deeply understand segments within partner audiences to create content that resonates? Including content for partner-facing Microsoft sales teams, content for external partners with a variety of offerings from devices to outsourced IT services, and partner enablement content to reach business customers of all sizes? This Product Marketing Manager will own knowledge around partner audience, with regular opportunities to present and gather intelligence. You will work with other marketers to create content that shows the value proposition and benefits of Copilot and its commercial data protection. You will need great attention to detail and a willingness to iterate on comms, programs, and content to find the “winning formula.” You will also design and implement compensation programs to incentivize partners to promote Copilot to their customers. You will set up measurements, identify targets, and regularly report on progress.

Responsibilities
Become deeply knowledgeable partner audiences with a regular pulse on insights.
Create and execute marketing initiatives to reach partners.
Ability to develop content and work with content creators to deliver quality business-to-business (B2B) marketing materials.
Integrate Copilot story into content for partner audiences by working with internal marketing teams for other Microsoft products.
Design and implement partner enablement and incentive programs to educate and motivate partners to sell Copilot to their customers.
Track and measure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives and optimize them based on data and feedback.
Collaborate with product, sales, and partner teams to provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
Present and demonstrate Copilot to field, partners, and customers, and address their questions and objections.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Experience working with commerical or B2B audiences.
Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience
Experience in data protection, cloud computing, or technology industry.
Experience with business models that include marketing to partners or through partners.
Understanding of incentive structures and how to design and implement them to drive partner and customer behavior.
Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
