Job Description
A large tech start up is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team until the end of the year. This company has set the record for the fastest first year revenue growth of any tech startup, the fastest company to acquire 15% of the Fortune 500 as customers, and the fastest company to reach $1B (and then $6B) in valuation. This individual will be supporting 5-10 field marketing managers with administrative and tactical tasks involving events, campaigns, and lead generation. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to continue to develop their marketing and communication skills by supporting the Field Marketing Manager. You will support programs with the goal of generating a quality pipeline, stimulating acceleration of the sales cycle, and building customer relationships. He or she will be assisting with broader corporate initiatives such as cyber security summits or sporting events. They will also own the company website and be able to add events to the website utilizing their website editing tools. Other responsibilities include:
Work hand in hand with Strategic Event Managers to execute quarterly Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals
Support logistics for field events and trade shows, including all sponsorship deliverables, staff schedules, program briefing docs, speakers, event promotions and follow-up, ensuring flawless execution
Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs including third[1]party and Wiz hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and direct mail
Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of a regional sales team
Ensure event follow up communication, list upload, thank you emails, and leads are tagged properly to Marketo and Salesforce campaigns are completed within a timely fashion
Work with Marketing Operations to build event and program assets including landing pages, registration forms, email invites, and target lists
Salary: 30 - 35/hr depending on experience level and relevant experience.

Skills and Requirements
2 years of Marketing experience
Professional work within the software or technology sector; has an understanding of software services and how the sales process works
Experience supporting marketing team with admin and tactical tasks
Ability to handle event coordination and writing email copy for events
Experience creating, cleaning up, and formatting lead lists with an understanding of who to target null
