Job Duties:
Represent clients in workers' compensation cases before administrative agencies and courts.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Maryland State Bar is mandatory.
Admission to practice in Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, or Delaware is a plus.
Minimum 2+ years of experience practicing workers' compensation law, preferably focusing on defense.
Strong understanding of Maryland workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Experience in handling employer liability claims is advantageous.
Excellent academic credentials with demonstrated research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
