Responsibilities:
Build robust and reliable ETL pipelines with best practices and data governance in mind using Python, SQL, Prefect, Databricks, Kafka, and PostgreSQL
Work on our Django REST API to serve master data throughout the company
Organize raw sports data from a variety of sources into a cohesive, centralized data warehouse
Build and improve our real-time streaming data infrastructure and products
Organize product data in our Databricks Lakehouse
Requirements: 2+ years of data-oriented software development experience
Experience working with Python and SQL is a must
Understanding of data modeling best practices
Experience building spark applications with PySpark
Bonus Points For: Experience working with databricks
Experience with Django, Flask or Fast API
Experience with delta lake
Experience with confluent kafka
Experience with prefect
Passion for sports
