ON-SITE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (OST) - IN CAMBRIDGE, MA

We are seeking an On-Site IT Support Technician (OST) for a client located in Cambridge, Massachusetts and our help desk. This is a Full time position.

Must work on-site; hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. One year minimum experience working in IT or tech industry. IT training in a recognized program, and/or an associate's degree in computer-tech field preferred.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to other satellite locations in the area. Ability to research and analyze complex problems. Knowledge of computer equipment & Windows 10 (required).
Google IT Support Professional Certification (preferred). Ideal candidate characteristics: detail-oriented; solid communications skills (verbal & written); professional & positive attitude; customer-focused; genuine desire to learn; self-motivated; follows protocols and procedures; independent thinker; self-starter; team player Responsibilities You will serve our client at their location in Cambridge, MA for 4 hours per day:. Help clients troubleshoot. Support end users via a ticketing system, email, or phone. Monitor ticket queue; determine priority-level based on SLAs and severity.
Respond to all requests (internal and external) in a timely manner Compensation & Benefits. $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Robust benefits package/opportunities for professional growth.
