In this key role, you will be solely responsible for the Operations management team in Fremont, which includes manufacturing, planning, purchasing, inventory, shipping/receiving, and repairs. You will ensure the manufacturing of quality products through the departmental standards and procedures, and continuous quality, safety, and efficiency improvement efforts. Leads, supports, and enables a continuous improvement culture.

**A Day in the Life:**

+ Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to ensure flawless execution of manufacturing processes.

+ Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production goals and successfully implement them.

**Education and Experience**

+ Bachelors Degreee required.

+ 5+ years of operations experience with demonstrated ability as the manager of an operations team.

+ Must possess outstanding knowledge and a proven track record to achieve improvements using quality systems and lean manufacturing tools, concepts, and methodologies.

+ Demonstrated ability to provide personnel leadership.

+ Proven track-record to interact effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to achieve business objectives.

+ Must demonstrate proficiency in the development of reports for measuring operations efficiency.

+ Understands principles of ERP information systems and their role.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $141,800.00–$212,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
