What you’ll do as a Sr. Product Manager at Vanta:
Develop the strategy, vision, and roadmap for your product area
Deeply understand our customers and our market, to build solutions addressing key pain points and opportunities for competitive advantage
Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company.
Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow
How to be successful in this role:
Have 6+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company
Possess a strong sense of technical acumen or familiarity with technical products
Systems thinking: Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken
Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration among your stakeholders
Have the ability to balance strategic product planning with consistent execution and project management
Have prior experience in the security space or an interest in learning about security

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $169,000 - $199,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
