Implementation Analyst

Own onboarding and implementation activities for LOB product solutions, working directly with customers to enable use of new solutions near the point of sale.

Ensure customers understand products and training options and can successfully use products after onboarding.

Conduct a customer check-in within 30 days of onboarding.

Help customers upgrade to new solutions, including moving customer data and/or activities and ensuring successful adoption.

Serve as the point person for customer assistance during onboarding; triage difficult situations and coordinate resolutions with tenured team members.

Collaborate professionally with customers and account teams to complete onboarding successfully.

Set customer expectations for ongoing support and transfer relationships to the post-onboarding team through renewal.

Maintain regular touchpoints with team members, communicate status, update order‑handling applications, elevate issues and request assistance when needed.

Own resolution of roadblocks inhibiting successful use of purchased solutions during onboarding.

Deliver customer enablement and onboarding in accordance with contractual requirements for signed D & B product and service agreements.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.

Ability to understand external data related to LOB use cases.

Ability to view, extract, transfer, store, recall and manipulate data files.

Able to communicate (oral & written) to a variety of customer audiences.

Able to train and transfer knowledge and skills to customers.

Results‑oriented individual, able to handle multiple and/or priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Customer focused.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.

Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch and bend over for work at office premises and office events.

Regular attendance in the office.
