POSITION OVERVIEW
This position reports to the Vice President - Sales and is a field leader who will manage a team of Regional Account Managers (RAMs) to drive results within a defined territory. This role will develop and execute Playbook Priority initiatives to drive key sales objectives in assigned markets.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team of RAMs to build brands, maximize distribution, solve customer challenges, and maximize Atomic’s company merchandising and execution initiatives.
Motivate and develop selling capabilities of Atomic’s Field Execution team to deliver organization and individual goals.
Establish and implement strategic programs to guide distribution, innovative launches, displays, feature ads, and retail promotions that produce an effective presentation of the brand priorities.
Plan and execute consistent team calls with direct workforce.
Develop, implement, and monitor agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as it relates to team goals
Work with internal teams to course-correct any brands that are off-plan.
Job responsibilities may vary by state depending on regulatory and compliance standards for the state.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience within the CPG industry
Minimum 1 year of people management experience
Ability to coach, lead, and develop a team
A valid driver's license
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
Strong planning & organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor’s permit in any state
PREFERRED SKILL SETS:
Beverage sales experience
Market development and Sales Analysis experience
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $110,000 + 15% quarterly bonus + monthly car allowance + monthly cell phone allowance + benefits.
