THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND

We're looking for a passionate and driven Senior Marketing Manager to be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all marketing strategies, marketing communications, patient recall initiatives and referral strategies. You will support business development and acquisition efforts, while directing and executing all of the company's marketing initiatives at the strategic and tactical levels. You will have a strong grasp of key business metrics as well as a keen focus on success measures across all marketing, recall and referral channels. This position is critical in establishing the company's presence as the differentiated market leader in each of its geographies and will have direct interaction with the companies C-Suite executives.

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

You'll drive increased patient volume and enhance consumer brand awareness / experience

Establish a thorough understanding of the business' key drivers to inform strategic marketing decisions and function as a thought leader regarding opportunities for continued growth

Develop and manage the marketing budget, including allocation of spend across various initiatives and channels

Work with outside agencies to develop detailed marketing plans and strategies across all appropriate channels, including digital and traditional media

Create an institutional and system-wide marketing reporting function that can track, measure and analyze performance

Leverage marketing analytics to provide insight/make recommendations with a strong focus on patient volume, revenue, provider utilization, ROI, conversions, retention, recall, referrals and online reviews

Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive patient volumeMonitor leading competitors' positioning and strategies and devise counter-strategies to maintain/improve market leadership

Develop content on website and all other marketing platforms with the support of outside agencies

Partner/collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior executives, operations, compliance, medical leadership and finance

Understand the digital environment and evolving technology/tools/platforms used to improve marketing initiatives with excellent working knowledge of digital strategies

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (business and marketing emphasis preferred)10+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years of digital advertising

You're a dynamic leader with strong project management skills, and a desire to play a detail-oriented, hands-on role in a flat organization

You're a critical thinker with outstanding problem-solving and communication skills

Experience working across indirect reports and cross-functional partners

Multi-unit healthcare background with experience leading marketing activities across more than 20 locations in multiple geographies preferred

Ability to travel 20% of the time
