About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Global Customer Education Services. This role is pivotal in leading a team that designs and delivers impactful learning experiences to customers and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for re-imagining the customer learning journey and creating a world-class learning program that spans various modalities and skills, ultimately developing a global workforce of the company's ambassadors. The role involves working across different organizational units to refine and grow the education services business, ensuring that the company has a rich ecosystem of customers and partners who gain intrinsic value for themselves and their businesses. The Senior Director will also be tasked with leading the global content and learning strategy for customer training and enablement, owning the development and delivery of learning experiences for all products, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the education services team.Applicants for the Senior Director position should have a strong business acumen and prior experience in SaaS or enterprise software customer training leadership. The role requires an excellent collaborator and communicator with a proven track record of growing revenue and P&L experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a BA/BS degree (advanced degree is a plus), and a strong balance of strategic and execution skills. Experience in designing and managing blended learning and certification programs is essential, with a preference for those who have created market value for software certifications and have experience in bundling training and certification into company packages. The role demands a leader who can motivate and inspire a team, and who is capable of managing cross-functional interlock and leading strategic and operational interlock with various departments.
