Construction Warehouse Manager – San Francisco CA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25-$27 per hour
The Construction Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the warehouse facility including maintaining tool and material inventory, coordinating with field production team on materials logistics, assembling and delivering material orders, stocking and maintaining job sites, safety equipment inventory an inspection, fleet maintenance.
Seeking an experienced, motivated, and energetic manager with a high sense of urgency to join an established waterproofing company in San Francisco, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of warehouse personnel
Cycle Counting to ensure inventory accuracy
Ongoing coordination with field product team on material orders
Track and manage tool inventory including purchasing, in/out repairs
Track and maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, materials, etc.
Manage shipping/returns and receiving
Dispatch Assistance- loading and unloading of vehicles, dispatching of drivers
Organizing site-specific materials and performing accuracy/quality checks on received materials
Project Lead for multi-functions within the warehouse setting
Responsible for following all safety rules and regulations including the following:
Safety Meetings and reporting
Forklift Inspection and reports
Maintain a clean and safe environment within a warehouse setting
Support the Operations Manager; will multi-task alongside these individuals as well as comply with all rules and regulations in respect to the Management requirements
Perform other duties to support inventory management/ procurement efforts as assigned
Qualifications and Skills/Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Minimum 2-3 Years Warehouse Management Experience
Ability to manage a small team of people (4-5 people)
Knowledge of computer fundamentals including Microsoft Office
Inventory software is required; Wasp experience is a plus
Must pass drug screen and background check
Forklift certified/ certifiable
Ability to lift over 50 lbs. and assisted safe lifting of larger items
Might be required to be on feet for a long period of time
