We are looking for a teammate we can count on to:• Build our professional services and implementation function from scratch• Delight customers by leading change management within the HR function• Be an owner in building Searchlight’s business, from growing customers to building the best product
Relevant Experience:• You’ve led global enterprise implementations of B2B SaaS at 1000+ employee organizations• You’ve managed technical/non-technical stakeholders to complete Professional Service projects from end-to-end• Demonstrated collaboration with Go to Market and Product teams to drive sales and scope projects• Built and managed top-performing teams
Success Profile:• Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written• Self-starter and fast learner• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and judgment• Conscientious collaborator eager to delight customers
In Month 1 you’ll:• Become Searchlight product certified• Build v1 of Searchlight's Implementation Playbook while shadowing current implementations• Partner closely with CEO, VP Sales, CTO, and Head of Product
In Month 3 you’ll:• Be leading implementations on your own, from pre-sales to post-sales• Be an expert on Searchlight’s product, customers, and market• Be a trusted advisor to the executive team
How we’ll take care of you:• Our hybrid team in SF enjoys the office 3x/week with catered lunches, game nights, team dinners, and community events. Remote team members work synchronously with our SF team 10 AM - 5 PM Pacific• $170,000-190,000 annual base salary with significant equity• 401(k), Unlimited PTO, Health & Wellness stipend, Remote Office stipend• Health Insurance (100% paid premiums), Spring Health sessions, Origin financial planning
