Job Summary
The Analyst, Business Insights will have the opportunity to support the analytics team in providing data solutions to our Food and Beverage client, FLIK. You will help bring best practices to the team while collaborating with the stakeholders. This position is fully remote. You will report to the Manager - Insights & Analytics.
What You'll do
Update and maintain an accurate, complete, and up-to-date user admin list by completing requested changes and utilizing technology in Salesforce
Analyze and mine business data to identify patterns and correlations among various data points using various statistical techniques.
Offer technical support and training to stakeholders and troubleshoot issues
Assist in presentation planning
Provide routine data pulls and format appropriately
Track hours spent on projects by coordinating with team members on a regular basis
Deliver ad-hoc data to FLIK stakeholders as needed
What You'll Bring
1+ years of relevant work experience preferred
Salesforce.com (or equivalent CRM) power-user/admin experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
