Inventory and Quality Lead

* As the Inventory and Quality Inspection Lead you will be organized, diligent, resourceful and a strong problem solver; you will feel at home maintaining structure and systems in a quickly changing environment. The Inventory and Quality Inspection Specialist will assist the Production Manager in maintaining on time shipments globally and ensuring components are ready for assembly via pre-picked work orders. This role is important at RBW as your work will ensure the best quality product is produced and delivered in a timely manner to our customers.

* Processing and inspecting incoming parts, looking for imperfections and ensuring parts are good for assembly for all vendors assigned to the role.
* Quality control of incoming purchase orders with QC inspection reports assigned.
* Conducting physical Inventory counts
* Maintaining accessibility and identification & product labeling.
* Monitor min/max levels of (non)inventory parts.
* Responsible for Bill of Material Audits (QC record-Wo trigger. Dock audits)
* Processing returns; identifying issues, repairing, parting out or discarding
* Maintaining cleanliness and efficiency of workplace and warehouse aisles within 24 hrs of receipt.
* Responsible for addressing clutter and making room for incoming goods
* Collecting raw goods for finishing
* Responsible for discarding and cycling out items daily (manage red/blue cart) (Every item must be tagged or labeled for due date to maintain 5S)
* Supporting team focused goals and supporting team members
* Pioneer to change, constant improvement, and refinement of process
** Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
* 3 -5 years relative experience
* Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly
* Must be proficient in Google Suite platforms
* Ability to learn and work with MRP/ERP software
* Must be available to work 10 hour days
* This job requires standing, sitting, lifting, bending, reaching, squatting, walking, and twisting.
