Senior Financial Analyst Job Duties:
Support financial and performance monitoring across departments
Forecast different scenarios and ways to deal with each potential outcome
Support preparation of financial models
Perform variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of accounts
Prepare monthly reporting packages and be able to present to higher level leadership
Help drive key insights and analytics
Identify positive and negative trends and their effect on overall financial and company performance
Effectively collaborate and communicate with operational leadership
Senior Financial Analyst Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
4+ years in financial analysis role required
Advanced Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Multi entity experience highly preferred
Previous experience supporting C Suite leadership
Sharp interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with a variety of leadership
Self-driven and effective problem solving skills
Positive, upbeat personality - eager to contribute
