They progress through required promotion into market-facing roles that have a direct impact on sales.Management Consulting professionals design and implement process and change interventions that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for clients.People in our Public Service group serve an array of clients across state and local government, non-profit, and educational industries.The Public Service Manager is experienced delivering programmatic, operational, and organization design, transformation and service delivery in performance and outcome improvements. The manager will also design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process.Ability to travel 75-100%.For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts.

Here’s What You Need:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ A minimum of 3 years of public service experience

+ A minimum of 3 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines

Bonus Points If:

+ A minimum of 3 years of high value consulting experience

+ You have experience bringing innovative ideas to projects

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
