About the Role

The Company is seeking a Sr. Director, Brand Partnerships to play a pivotal role in driving revenue and engaging with the largest suppliers in the industry. This senior-level position is an individual contributor with a substantial quota, supported by an account management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering critical eCommerce customer relationships, particularly with leading spirits, wine, and beer suppliers, and overseeing sales volume that is experiencing double-digit growth. The role demands a professional with a strong background in both traditional and eCommerce sales, with a focus on effective tactics to drive influence and results. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, adept at working independently, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to support cross-functional collaboration.Key responsibilities for the Sr. Director, Brand Partnerships include driving annual revenue growth through supplier advertising and data, preparing and delivering customer presentations on various partnership and business topics, and working closely with digital content managers to deliver platform programming. The role also involves tracking and analyzing channel performance, understanding the competitive landscape, and providing feedback to internal teams to optimize market share. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in national/strategic account management or a related field, proficiency in biddable advertising, and a passion for digital and online shopping experience. While experience in digital/eCommerce sales or beverage alcohol is preferred, it is not mandatory, but a commercial background in the spirits, beverages, or consumer products industries would be a plus.
