Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and multiple levels of leadership
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of working directly with security response and engineering teams
- 3+ years of experience in a role that focuses on IT security and/or cloud technology (e.g. security operations, security engineering, threat intelligence)
- 3+ years of experience in a community building role, including identifying and growing relationships with key external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of communicating with internal and external stakeholders and multiple levels of leadership
- Ability to solve problems, remove obstacles, and influence stakeholders in an effort to develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges
- Strong customer focus, sense of urgency, and problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team, with a bias for action and critical thinking
- Experience with AWS services and security concepts

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
