As a Territory Sales Representative for Moxion Power, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development within your designated territory. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, establishing relationships with key companies and stakeholders, and promoting our innovative solutions to potential customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution.

What you’ll do: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our Energy Services customer base

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue generation, market penetration and fleet utilization

Build, manage and prioritize a healthy sales pipeline in line with regional goals, while maintaining an accurate forecast

Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability

Attend conferences and events, facilitate various forms of product demonstrations, and launch and support customer pilots with key accounts

Inform the overall Energy Service business strategy, including identifying and or deepening our understanding of specific applications and use cases

Work closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Field Services, Customer Success and Product to inform and support company OKRs

Skills to be successful: Extensive experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager preferably in the equipment rental industry

Ability to tactfully lead contract negotiations

Relationship-building skills

Nice to have: Sales experience in the temporary power, energy, or similar markets

$120,000 - $180,000 a year Salary Information #LI-JF1

Pay Equity

Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements. We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience. Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
