Director of Financial Planning & Analysis
Summary:
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will partner with executive leadership to lead all financial planning and analysis processes to drive consistent EBITDA growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the MCS FP&A function to drive the business to improved performance
Lead coordination of the annual budget process
Lead coordination of quarterly and monthly forecast development process
Lead all financial analysis supporting business decisions at both the business unit and corporate levels
Prepare monthly and quarterly stakeholder reporting packages
Lead external stakeholder finance communication support answering bank and investors requests and questions
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting throughout the business
Manage tracking of key initiatives including financial relevance
Provide financial support for special projects as requested by CFO and Executive Leadership
Competencies:
Leadership skills to manage FPA team as well as accounting and operations resources
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence all levels of the business using written, verbal and presentation competencies.
Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate results/recommendations by presenting complex concepts/ideas in concise, easy-to-understand terms
Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and desire to see results
Mastery of financial applications such Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and corporate performance tools
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Must demonstrate time management skills to organize and prioritize deliverables
Experienced professional with high standards of excellence and adherence to deadlines
Strong financial modeling ability for utilization in budget and forecasting processes
Ability to synthesize various, independently generated data points into a cohesive analysis
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
MBA degree is preferred
Experience: 7+ years of FP&A experience preferably with a $200M+ company
Proven track record successfully leading an FP&A team

This is a hybrid position located in Lewisville, TX.
