Job Description:
Primary point of contact for the Customer for all projects
Help Customers implement services and plan projects effectively
Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
Escalation Management
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Work with sales teams to generate new business
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as an Onsite Program Manager, min 3-4 years of experience
Experience in technology around Java and Cloud, min 5-8 years of experience
Delivery management experience, min 5+ years of experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented approach
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Sharp business acumen
