The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our content marketing efforts across various channels, driving brand awareness, and engagement, ensuring consistent writing styles and tone of voice, and ultimately, revenue growth. This individual will have a proven track record of writing, developing and executing successful content strategies that align with business objectives. Taking the lead in crafting the overall content strategy, you will also conduct interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to generate insightful content. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming mundane copy into captivating narratives that resonate with our audience, making our messaging not only compelling, but also powerful in driving engagement, brand recognition, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to support brand objectives and drive business growth.

Create content as well as manage a bench of content writers, including vendors, to develop high-quality content across various formats (e.g., white papers, web, articles, blog posts, video scripts).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PMM and Demand Generation to ensure alignment of content initiatives with overall business goals.

Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement data to optimize content strategies and improve ROI.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing, and implement innovative approaches to enhance our content strategy.

Oversee content production schedules and ensure timely delivery of content assets.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

5 years of experience in content marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into effective content initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy decisions.

Experience working in data, analytics, and AI is preferred, but more than anything we want a solid content leader who knows their stuff.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
