Provides support in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting data from diverse internal and external sources. EDUCATION:

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Master's: Computer Science, Statistics, Medical Informatics, Mathematics, or related field

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

8 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Experience designing, implementing, and testing automated data analysis systems.

Proven ability to rationalize disparate data sources and the ability to intuit the insight from within a dataset.

Understanding and implementation of predictive / analytical / statistical modeling techniques, theories, principles, and practices.

Familiarity and experience with data preparation and processing – such as assessment of data quality, new variable creation/selection, etc.

Self-starter, able to independently identify and complete critical tasks with minimal supervision, complex data, and dynamic goals.

Verbal and written communication skills are an absolute requirement.

Pay Range is $62.95 to $94.43 / hour. Ohio Pay Range is $56.66 to $84.99 / hour. The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
