Key Responsibilities:
Perform the necessary consultation to clients in defining and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics suite of Customer Engagement solutions.
Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring that best practices and industry standards are followed.
Contribute to estimating scoping and reviewing effort defined in Statements of Work as well as defining the level of effort for active Microsoft solutions and projects.
Architect and innovate the solution to meet clients' business goals.
Lead rapport building with clients through effective communication and ongoing meetings while coordinating and completing deliverables based on client and/or project needs.
Present all other enVista offerings that would benefit each client as One enVista.
Understand and drive solutions that include Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights, Project Operations, Field Service, and XRM.
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement solutions to meet specific client needs.
Become a trusted advisor and promote enVista as the trusted partner.
Mentoring resources on the enVista Dynamics delivery team.
Education, Skills and Experience Needed: Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
Professional accreditations in Microsoft CE Certifications Preferred.
3-7 years’ experience in solution architecture/design.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics product suite, successfully architecting or demonstrated potential to architect multiple solutions.
Subject Matter Expert in one or more of the following functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Customer Insights, Project Operations, Field Service, Integrations, and XRM Solutions. The greater the depth and the greater the breadth, the better.
Experience with integrating external systems and data migration.
Experience with FastTrack implementations, Lifecycle Services, DevOps, and leading Standard Migration Assessments.
Experience with pre-sales activities including solution demos, consulting as an industry SME, estimating and creating proposals. Can work with all levels of management, including C-Suite.
Proven track record demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to work individually or in a team environment.
Should be proficient with key productivity and system tools, including but not limited to Office 365.
Ability to travel around 35-40%.
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere within the United States #LI-Remote
