Job Description Job Description GENERAL PURPOSE: Works as a team with direction from the Regional Manager to grow sales, wallet share i.e. retention and marketing program efforts for the Texas Region in the Central, West Texas and New Mexico Market. Works with region manager to assess the marketplace, determine opportunities, and identify independent agent prospects to pursue in the assigned territory; and ultimately assist with administrative processes for qualifying and signing on new Westcor approved agents. Manages ongoing business relationships with agents, while focusing on maintaining profitability, quality and compliance with Westcor standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prepares and submits agency applications for review by Regional Manager
Develop and maintain agency relationships
Assist in the onboarding process for new agents
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, travel to and attend when necessary
Plans and conducts, in coordination with the legal dept., educational seminars for agents, realtors, and trade organizations
Maintain detailed records of interactions and communications with agents via Salesforce
Instructs agency personnel in use of company online tools and assets available to agents
Track and manage receipt and submission of regularly scheduled agency reports
Acts as a liaison between company and agents and trade organizations
Supports agent with direction to appropriate individuals and information when necessary
Reviews agents operations on a regular basis with emphasis on risk control
Prepare agency terminations or cancellations
Assists in development of promotional material
Supports office staff with direction and information when necessary
Other duties as assigned by management
COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in title, escrow or related field
Customer service, sales and marketing skills
Ability to write and orally communicate clearly, accurately and succinctly
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem solving and results oriented
Teamwork
Trustworthiness & Ethics
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Comfortable with using a CRM, such as Salesforce
