Job Description - Assistant Director of Operations
Job Summary:
The Assistant Director of Operations will assist in the oversight of the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Participates in the oversight of hiring and training of the Janitors, Supervisors and Team Leads
Assists in the Organizational oversight of the work and schedules of the Janitors, Supervisors and Team Leads
Assists in discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company
Duties/Responsibilities:
