Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Experience Ambassador to join our team. This multifaceted position combines the roles of concierge, front desk attendant, and waiter to ensure exceptional service for our clients. Responsibilities
Concierge Services:
* Welcome and assist clients upon arrival, providing personalized attention and addressing inquiries.
* Coordinate appointments, services, and amenities to meet client needs and preferences.
* Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area, ensuring cleanliness and comfort for clients.
Front Desk Operations:
* Assist with phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and prompt responses.
* client check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including scheduling appointments and processing payments.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
Waiter Duties:
* Serve refreshments, snacks, and beverages to clients in the waiting area or relaxation lounge.
* Coordinate food and beverage orders for clients during their visits, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the refreshment area, spa rooms restocking supplies when needed.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
* Anticipate and fulfill client needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their experience.
* Actively promote spa services, products, and special offers to clients, encouraging repeat visits and purchases.
* Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.
Team Collaboration:
* Collaborate with spa staff and management to ensure seamless coordination of services and client satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues to share information, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.
* Assist with training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Proficiency in using computer software for basic office tasks and scheduling.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
